These Terms of Service govern your use of festivegoodss.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by PRINTS FLINT LLC ("Festive Goodss", "we", "us"), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to order from this site. You must provide a valid shipping address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can using information from our manufacturing partner. Colours can appear differently on different screens. Measurements and fit are approximate and vary between styles. If a description contains an obvious error, we reserve the right to correct it.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown includes applicable sales tax and import duties; nothing further is collected on delivery. Shipping is charged separately at $7.95, or free on orders of $60 or more after discounts.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the delivery address is outside the areas we serve. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@festivegoodss.com. After that, the order may already be in production.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from our manufacturing partner's warehouse overseas. Estimated total delivery is 11–17 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs, carrier delays and weather can extend them. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: 30 days from delivery, free return label, no restocking fee.
8. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content systematically, or to submit false or misleading information.
10. Intellectual property
The Festive Goodss name, the site design and its text are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Third-party services
The site runs on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment processing, analytics and shipping. Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
