Who we are
Festive Goodss sells one thing: outerwear for men. Rain shells, fleece, bombers, shirt jackets, softshells, rain suits and winter coats. We are not a general marketplace and we do not add categories because they happen to be trending.
The store is operated by PRINTS FLINT LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.
How we actually work
We think you should know this before you order, not after.
- Our jackets are produced by a manufacturing partner overseas and ship directly from that partner's warehouse. We do not hold stock in the United States.
- Our registered address in Albuquerque, New Mexico is a business address for correspondence. It is not a store, a showroom or a warehouse. You cannot visit us, collect an order there, or send a return there.
- Returns are handled through a separate U.S. returns facility in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
- Because the goods travel from overseas, delivery takes 11–17 business days in total. We would rather tell you that up front than promise two days and disappoint you.
- Import duties and sales tax are already included in the price shown. Nothing extra is collected when the parcel arrives.
What we do not do
We do not invent "was" prices to make a discount look bigger. The price you see is the price. We do not run countdown timers or fake stock counters, and we do not publish reviews we did not receive.
Sizing
Fit varies between styles and between factories. Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific jacket. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we will tell you what we know about that particular style rather than guess.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything. We pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, send us a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you. Full detail is in our Refund & Returns Policy.
