Your right

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with comparable privacy legislation, you have the right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information, and to opt out of its use for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined in applicable law.

What we actually do

We do not sell your personal information for money. As of the date above, this store does not run Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag or a Meta (Facebook) pixel, and we do not send SMS marketing. Shopify, which hosts the store, collects standard visit data as described in our Privacy Policy. If we add advertising or analytics tools, we will update this page when they go live.

We collect email addresses through the newsletter sign-up form in the site footer. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it.

How to opt out

Your Privacy Choices. Use the form on our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out for this browser and device.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device automatically.
Email us. Send a request to support@festivegoodss.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Include the email address associated with your account or order so we can identify you. We reply within 24 hours and action the request as required by law.

Other privacy rights

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to receive a copy. Email the same address to exercise any of these. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.
