Your right

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with comparable privacy legislation, you have the right to direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information, and to opt out of its use for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined in applicable law.

What we actually do

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising and analytics technology that may be treated as "sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising" under California law. As of the date above, this store uses:

We do not currently run a Meta (Facebook) pixel, and we do not send SMS marketing. If we add either, we will update this page.

We collect email addresses through a sign-up form on the site for marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it.

How to opt out

You can opt out in any of these ways:

Cookie banner. When you first visit the site, decline advertising cookies. You can reopen the banner at any time to change your choice.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device automatically.
Email us. Send a request to support@festivegoodss.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Include the email address associated with your account or order so we can identify you. We reply within 24 hours and action the request as required by law.

Other privacy rights

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to receive a copy. Email the same address to exercise any of these. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority.
